The terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of services provided by Line and Drip IV. By booking an appointment, using the website, or receiving services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services Provided

Line and Drip IV provides mobile intravenous (IV) hydration therapy, Vitamin injections, and wellness services administered by qualified medical professionals. 

All services are elective wellness treatments and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Services are provided only after completion of required consent forms and medical screening to determine eligibility.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to receive services without parental consent. Minors must have a parent or legal guardian present and provide written consent.

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who:

• Appears intoxicated or unsafe to treat
• Has medical conditions that contraindicate IV therapy
• Provides incomplete or inaccurate medical information
• Is outside out service scope or safety guidelines.

3. Medical Disclaimer

IV therapy and vitamin injections are not a substitute for primary medical care. You should consult with your physician regarding any medical conditions or concerns.

Results may vary by individual. I do not guarantee specific outcomes.

4. Booking, Payment & Cancellations

a. Booking an appointment

• Appointments can be scheduled in advance by via phone or email.
• I reserve the right to reschedule or decline appointments, if necessary, due to safety, availability or medical concerns.

b. Payment Terms

• Currently payment is only taken via Zelle or with cash 
• Line and Drip IV does not store or process payment details directly.

c. Cancellations & Refunds

• Line and Drip IV does not offer refunds for any service.
• A deposit will only be asked if you want to book a drip in advance (more than 24hrs)
• By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

5. Client Responsibilities

By booking and receiving services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate health information to ensure safe and effective treatment.
• Disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or contraindication that may affect treatment.
• Use our website and services lawfully, without fraudulent or malicious intent.

6. Health & Safety Acknowledgement

• By receiving IV therapy, you understand and accept the potential risks associated with the treatment.
• You acknowledge that Line and Drip IV does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.
• You assume full responsibility for your health choices and treatment outcomes.
• You agree to consult your healthcare provider before receiving IV therapy if you have any underlying health concerns.

Line and Drip IV is not liable for any adverse reactions or complications unless caused by gross negligence.

Changes to This Private Policy

I may update this Private Policy periodically; Changes will be reflected on this page with the updated Effective Date. Continued use of our website after updated constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
